and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding at Royalton Riviera Cancun All Inclusive Resort in Mexico!

Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience where all your meals, and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Be All Inclusive. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights separately from completing the wedding reservation form below.

In order to book within the group for the wedding, all guest reservations must be booked and paid in full by August 15, 2024.

We are currently holding rooms from December 5, 2024 to December 12, 2024, however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Please be advised that there is a 4 night minimum length of stay requirement at the resort, however, this group has been issued an exception for 10 reservations to have a 3 night minimum length of stay. If you wish to book 3 nights only, please submit your reservation for 4 nights (the form will only allow you to submit 4 night reservations), and in the notes/special request section of your reservation, please indicate your desired dates for your 3 night stay. We will accommodate requests on a first-come-first-serve basis for the 10 rooms allotted for the 3 night minimum stay.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

In today's internet age, we all know that some people will be tempted to scour the internet in search for a better deal than what our travel agent can provide, however please note that Funjet Vacations offers a price match guarantee, so in the very rare instance that you do think you have found a better deal, please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

Excursions

From horseback riding, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer. It's best to explore off-resort excursions with the most trusted name in travel in Mexico, Lomas Travel. Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be a Lomas travel representative at your hotel during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.

You can plan to make the most of your trip by pre-purchasing any excursions you want to do so that when you arrive for your vacation, you wont have to worry about what tours are already sold out.
