We know that it's a long trip, so we want to make this a memorable getaway for you as well. We have chosen a resort that offers all your meals with 24 hour room service and alcohol included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have selected a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, and is no additional cost to you when booking. We have been working closely with Be All Inclusive, and with their help we have reserved a block of rooms at the resort with special group rates to make this trip as affordable as possible for you!
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group will incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.
All guests must have reservations for the hotel made & paid in full by December 2, 2024. *Your hotel reservation will be considered your official RSVP to the wedding, if you book outside of the travel agency please contact Emily & Robert directly so they are aware of your arrangements*
We are currently holding a variety of rooms from May 1st to May 7th, 2025; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. The bride and groom will be at the resort from April 30th to May 6th, but you are welcome to book whatever dates work best for you!

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

When booking your reservation, you will have the option to purchase roundtrip transfers from the airport to hotel. Once acquired, Be All Inclusive will assist in coordinating and ensuring a smooth transition for your journey.

When making your reservation, you will be able to opt for roundtrip ground transportation for your trip. Lomas Travel offers various transfer options (please see below), for you to select from during your booking process. The duration of the journey from the airport to the resort may fluctuate depending on traffic, and the chosen transfer type. Prices quoted are inclusive of roundtrip transportation.
