Booking Process Step: Travel Documents
TI/GOGO will provide a travel pouch which contains travel documents that exhibit the agency logo and contact information. The document package includes the itinerary, hotel check-in voucher, and airport transfer vouchers. Clients must present these vouchers. All flight reservations are Electronic-tickets (“E” Tickets), there is a receipt only in the pouch if air was purchased. You must advise the customer to check in online 24hrs prior to departure & print boarding passes OR receive them morning of departure at the airline’s check in counter. The pouch also contains luggage tags. It is recommended to confirm the client shipping address prior to sending the documents. We must enter the client ship to address in the TI reservation at the time of payment in full. If we do not do this, the documents will automatically ship to Agency HQ. TI will ship the documents as soon as the net amount is met. If the client has met the net payment, but not paid in full,, do not enter the client shipping address. Agency HQ will hold the documents upon receipt until the agent advises that the client is paid in full. If for some reason the client doesn’t receive their travel documents, then you can send them e-docs.
