Well hello! My name Dawn - it's a pleasure to meet you. My passion for exploring the world and love for customer service inspired me to become a travel agent. Combining these two loves is a dream come true for me.
I started my journey in the travel industry at 18, working at US Airways in Milwaukee. I loved every second of the job, especially flying to different cities on weekends and soaking in the unique cultures and people of each destination. After taking a break to raise my family, I longed to return to the industry. In 2014, I had the opportunity to work at FunJet Vacations in the Groups Department, where I discovered my passion for Destination Weddings. From then on, I was hooked on group travel, especially destination weddings—there's nothing like the fun and excitement of traveling in a group!
Mexico holds a special place in my heart, with its warm people, stunning ocean views, delicious food, and rich culture. I specialize in planning trips to the Caribbean and Mexico, helping clients find the perfect resorts and wedding locations that capture their vision.
Outside of work, I'm super competitive and love most sports. My favorite teams are any that my kids are on (mostly all-star cheer), the Michigan Wolverines football team, and the Detroit Lions. On weekends, you can find me with my family, taking my dog to the lake, gardening, watching college football on Saturdays and NFL on Sundays, and attending cheer competitions.

Hi there! I’m Alberto Hernandez, born and raised in the bustling heart of Mexico City before making the sunny shores of Cancun my home at the age of seven. Growing up in one of the world’s top tourist destinations, I developed a deep love for hospitality and a fascination with the rich tapestry of cultures that surrounded me. My passion for travel and Mexico's stunning natural beauty has taken me on adventures from the ancient ruins of Teotihuacan to the crystal-clear beaches of the Riviera Maya, where I’ve experienced the incredible diversity of my homeland firsthand.
At eighteen, I jumped into the hospitality industry with both feet, starting as a receptionist at a lively hotel spa. The energy of the place and the chance to connect with guests from around the globe sparked a passion that’s driven my career ever since.
Today, I’m a proud dad to a wonderful twelve-year-old daughter who inspires me every day to work hard and dream big. Joining the BAI Team and Wish to Wander Travel has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I’m excited for all the adventures still to come with this incredible team!
