Hi! I’m Lauren, a travel enthusiast and meticulous planner with a deep commitment to customer service. After 15 years in Strategic Communications for government contractors, I shifted to the travel industry, joining James Berglie as an Inside Sales Assistant in 2021. Just eight months later, I began training as a travel agent, specializing in destination weddings and vacations in Mexico and the Caribbean. St. Lucia is a personal favorite, and I love seeing the joy in clients’ wedding photos and tags.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about hot yoga, a practice I’ve enjoyed for 17 years. As a proud military spouse, I’ve moved five times in six years, which sharpened my organization skills. I’m also a marathon runner who completed the Dopey Challenge, and a mom to two wonderful daughters who inspire me every day.

Originally from Northern Virginia, I moved to sunny Tampa after finishing college and spent 23 years working in law enforcement. However, my true passion has always been travel, which has taken me on amazing adventures to places like Egypt, South Africa, Canada, South America, and much of Europe.
As a detailed planner by nature, I’ve found the perfect career that blends my organizational skills with my love for exploring the world. Having been a destination wedding bride myself, I offer a unique and insightful perspective on the entire planning process, ensuring that every couple’s special day is as perfect as they’ve always imagined.

Outside of work, I love spending time at the beach, painting, and cherishing moments with family and friends in beautiful Cancun—my favorite place to be.
