Our mission is simple: take the stress out of destination wedding planning so couples can focus on celebrating with their loved ones. We’re a small but mighty team that loves travel, hospitality, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

We’re looking for a Travel Agent with prior experience who’s ready to jump in and help couples and their guests plan the wedding trip of a lifetime.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet with couples virtually for consultations to learn their vision and guide them through options

• Work directly with couples and their wedding guests to coordinate all aspects of travel planning — accommodations, flights, transfers, and more

• Provide expert recommendations on destinations and resorts that match each couple’s style, vision, and budget

• Build personalized wedding webpages and create custom reservation forms

• Manage group reservations, ensuring all booking deadlines, payments, and guest needs are met with precision and care

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, confirmations, and support before, during, and after travel

• Collaborate with resort partners and suppliers to deliver the highest level of service

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and correspondence

• Be part of an amazing team that works together, shares ideas, and grows together

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous travel agent experience is required — ideally with groups or weddings

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for travel, weddings, and helping people

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a strong relationship-builder who delivers outstanding service

• Comfortable using technology to create personalized client experiences

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Bonus points for a background in weddings, hospitality, or event planning

• Familiarity with tools like Discord is helpful, but not required
