WE'RE GETTING MARRIED !!

We would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding at the Hard Rock Hotel all-inclusive resort in Los Cabos, Mexico!

Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience where all your meals, and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Be All Inclusive. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.

In order to book within the group and RSVP for the wedding, all guest must have their reservations for the hotel made by March 30, 2026 and paid in full by May 22, 2026.

We are currently holding rooms from October 21, 2026 to October 27, 2026; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. We have only blocked off four room categories, but there are more to choose from if desired. If you want to stay in a room that is not listed on this website, please choose the 'unlisted' category when choosing your room type and specify the room type you would like to stay in. Please refer to https://hotel.hardrock.com/los-cabos/rooms-and-suites.aspx for all room options. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Nestled on the breathtaking shores of Cabo San Lucas, Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is a luxurious all-inclusive resort designed for relaxation, fun, and unforgettable memories. NOTE: Due to strong currents that could lead even the most experienced swimmers to dangerous conditions, it is not safe for guests to swim in the ocean.

Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. At check-in, a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit is required for incidentals. This hold is usually $100.00 per night and will be released after your stay. Check-out is 12pm.

For your convenience, roundtrip ground transportation can be arranged between Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and the resort during the booking process. A variety of transfer options are available, and pricing includes roundtrip service. Travel time may vary depending on traffic and the type of transfer selected.

PRICE MATCHING

Did you find a lower rate somewhere else?

It's super important that you make your booking with the group as the cost of our wedding events is directly related to how many guests book within the group. Please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the resort to request a price match for you. Your card won't be charged anything until we can confirm the lower rate offer and we will send you a complete reservation itinerary to review and approve with your final pricing on it.

Please note that transfer costs and travel insurance costs can not be price matched. Rate must be a publicly available US rate to be considered by the resort for a price match.

Bookings made outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
