CAN WE BRING IN OUTSIDE VENDORS?

Yes, you can bring outside wedding vendors to Dreams Vista Cancun, but there are fees and rules to consider. The resort typically charges a $150 USD fee per vendor, such as for photographers or hair and makeup artists. All vendors must be approved by the on-site wedding coordinator. In some cases, booking your vendor as a resort guest may reduce or waive the fee, but this isn’t guaranteed.

It’s best to confirm all policies with your coordinator in advance and get everything in writing to avoid surprises.

WHAT ARE THE CURFEW TIMES FOR WEDDINGS?

At Dreams Vista Cancun, curfew times for weddings vary depending on the venue you choose. If you're looking for a late-night celebration, the Grand Vista Ballroom is your best option, as it allows events to go until 5 a.m. For outdoor or rooftop venues, curfews typically fall between 10:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. These venues offer stunning views and ambiance, but the earlier curfews are in place to respect resort quiet hours.

It's always best to confirm the specific curfew for your chosen venue with your on-site wedding coordinator, as policies can vary slightly based on the season and other scheduled events.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED?

Dreams Vista Cancun can accommodate weddings of nearly any size, from intimate gatherings of 40 guests to grand celebrations of up to 150. Your venue options include:

Grand Vista Ballroom – The resort’s largest space, fitting up to 150 (possibly 200) guests for ceremony, cocktail and reception.
Grand Vista Terrace – Ocean‑view terrace for up to 150 guests (ceremony) or 150 for seated dinner.
Ocean Deck Palapa – Rustic palapa overlooking the sea, seating 150 for your ceremony and 80 for reception, with room for 150 at cocktail hour.
Beach – A beachfront ceremony and cocktail setup for up to 120 guests, with receptions up to 60.
Infinity Pool Rooftop – Chic rooftop parties for up to 120 guests (cocktail) or 60 for dinner.
Preferred Club Deck – Exclusive deck for more intimate affairs of around 50–60 guests.
