CAN WE BRING IN OUTSIDE VENDORS?

Yes, you can bring outside vendors to Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa for your wedding. However, the resort charges an outside vendor fee, which varies depending on the type of service. For instance, Hola Weddings notes that these fees are per person and subject to taxes and additional charges.

It's important to discuss these fees with the resort's wedding coordinator, as policies and charges can change. Some couples have found that booking their vendor as a guest at the resort can sometimes waive the outside vendor fee, but this depends on the resort's current policies.

Same-Sex Ceremonies: Inclusive ceremonies honoring same-sex couples.
Multicultural Ceremonies: Tailored to reflect various cultural traditions and customs.
South Asian Ceremonies: Specialized packages for traditional South Asian weddings, including authentic rituals and events.

WHAT ARE THE CURFEW TIMES FOR WEDDINGS?

At Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa, wedding reception curfews vary based on the chosen venue:

Beach Venues: Receptions can continue until midnight.
Dreams Garden: This venue allows celebrations until 3 a.m.

For other venues, such as the Convention Center Ballroom or the Secret Garden Gazebo, it's advisable to consult directly with the resort's wedding coordinator to confirm specific curfew times.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED?

Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa offers various venues to accommodate weddings of different sizes:

Central Beach: Up to 250 guests for ceremonies and 200 for receptions.
Chapel: Accommodates up to 120 guests with indoor and outdoor extensions.
Mexican Plaza: Suitable for up to 250 guests for both ceremonies and receptions.
Dreams Garden: Hosts up to 200 guests for receptions.
Secret Garden Gazebo: Fits up to 150 guests for ceremonies and 70 for receptions.
Sunset Rooftop: Accommodates up to 150 guests for ceremonies, 80 for cocktails, and 60 for receptions.

For larger gatherings, the Ballroom can host up to 250 guests for receptions.

These options provide flexibility to tailor your wedding to your guest list and preferred setting.
