My journey into travel began with my love for planning my own adventures, and after seven years in the industry, helping others create their dream vacations and weddings is just as exciting! My passion has taken me to incredible places, with Kenya’s safari as a favorite. I specialize in Mexico and the Caribbean and am eager to explore adventure travel, too.
As a destination bride myself, I understand how extraordinary these weddings can be. My goal is to lift the planning stress, letting couples fully enjoy each moment. I’ve even had the honor of being invited twice to the annual LAW event for top producers, but the best reward is seeing the joy on my clients' faces.
Outside of work, I love the outdoors and exploring new places with my two little boys, making each weekend a new adventure.

Hi, I’m Isay de la Mora! Originally from the lively streets of Mexico City, I’ve been lucky enough to call Playa del Carmen my home for the past 14 years. Drawn here by the stunning beaches and vibrant culture, I’ve built a fulfilling career in hospitality and customer service, where I get to share my love for this beautiful region every day.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring the local area, always on the lookout for new ways to appreciate the paradise that is Playa del Carmen. Whether it’s uncovering hidden gems or simply soaking up the sun, I love discovering all the magic this region has to offer.
