Hello! I’m Dawn, and I’m thrilled to meet you. My love for travel and passion for customer service led me to become a travel agent—a true dream come true!
I began in the travel industry at 18 with US Airways, where I loved exploring new cities every weekend. After a break to raise my family, I returned in 2014 at FunJet Vacations, where I discovered my passion for destination weddings and group travel.
Mexico is dear to me with its warm people, beautiful beaches, and rich culture. I specialize in planning trips to Mexico and the Caribbean, helping clients find their ideal resorts and wedding spots.
Outside of work, I’m competitive and love sports—especially cheering on my kids, the Michigan Wolverines, and the Detroit Lions. On weekends, I’m with family, at the lake with my dog, gardening, or watching football.

Hi there! I’m Alberto Hernandez, born and raised in the bustling heart of Mexico City before making the sunny shores of Cancun my home at the age of seven. Growing up in one of the world’s top tourist destinations, I developed a deep love for hospitality and a fascination with the rich tapestry of cultures that surrounded me. My passion for travel and Mexico's stunning natural beauty has taken me on adventures from the ancient ruins of Teotihuacan to the crystal-clear beaches of the Riviera Maya, where I’ve experienced the incredible diversity of my homeland firsthand.
At eighteen, I jumped into the hospitality industry with both feet, starting as a receptionist at a lively hotel spa. The energy of the place and the chance to connect with guests from around the globe sparked a passion that’s driven my career ever since.
Today, I’m a proud dad to a wonderful twelve-year-old daughter who inspires me every day to work hard and dream big. Joining the BAI Team and Wish to Wander Travel has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I’m excited for all the adventures still to come with this incredible team!

I'm Alberto E. Hernández Figueroa, born and raised in Mexico City, with a career shaped by a deep commitment to administration and operations. My values were instilled by my parents and grandparents, who taught me resilience and integrity, having lived through the Mexican Revolution and the Spanish Civil War.
From a young age, I developed a strong work ethic, balancing my studies with experience in both government institutions and private companies. Today, I work remotely with the travel agencies Be All Inclusive (BAI) and Wish to Wander Travel, where I’m grateful to be part of a talented team.
As a father of two professional children, I take great pride in seeing them achieve their dreams. My family values and faith are central to who I am, and I’m always ready to lend a hand to others and honor the legacy of my ancestors.
