We are currently hiring for the following positions:
SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN
Remote | Part-Time | 5-10 Hours Per Week | Paid Position
Be All Inclusive, a destination wedding travel agency specializing in all-inclusive resorts across Mexico and the Caribbean, is seeking a Social Media & Content Intern to support our Preview Your I Do (PYID) initiative.
This role is focused on creating and repurposing content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. A big part of the position involves taking existing photo and video content and turning it into engaging, high-performing posts. We’re looking for someone with a creative eye who understands what makes content work, not just someone who knows how to post.
This is a remote, paid internship structured by semester, with flexible hours. Ideal for someone interested in social media, content creation, and the travel or wedding industries who wants real, hands-on experience contributing to a growing brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and edit short-form content for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, carousels, posts)
- Take existing photo and video content and repurpose it into new, engaging formats
- Identify strong moments within raw content and turn them into usable, high-performing posts
- Write captions that align with our brand voice and clearly communicate value
- Assist with content planning and posting schedules
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across platforms
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and content styles that are currently performing
- Track weekly activity and provide brief recaps of completed work
- Participate in weekly check-ins and communicate regularly with the team via Discord
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proactive and self-motivated — able to take initiative without constant direction
- Strong creative instincts and understands what makes content engaging
- Comfortable taking existing content and turning it into something better, not just reposting it
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools)
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Interest in social media, travel, weddings, or hospitality is a plus

We’re looking for a Travel Agent with prior experience who’s ready to jump in and help couples and their guests plan the wedding trip of a lifetime.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet with couples virtually for consultations to learn their vision and guide them through options

Work directly with couples and their wedding guests to coordinate all aspects of travel planning — accommodations, flights, transfers, and more

Provide expert recommendations on destinations and resorts that match each couple’s style, vision, and budget

Build personalized wedding webpages and create custom reservation forms

Manage group reservations, ensuring all booking deadlines, payments, and guest needs are met with precision and care

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, confirmations, and support before, during, and after travel

Collaborate with resort partners and suppliers to deliver the highest level of service

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and correspondence

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Previous travel agent experience is required — ideally with groups or weddings

Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for travel, weddings, and helping people

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a strong relationship-builder who delivers outstanding service
