To take care of all of your travel plans, we are working with Be All Inclusive to secure a group room block for our wedding guests. Please book directly through this site to ensure our group prices and be included in our group activities. (Plus, Be All Inclusive offers price matching so there is really no reason to book outside of the group booking!)
Guests are encouraged to arrive by Sunday, October 13, 2024 and stay through Sunday, October 20, 2024 to enjoy all that the resort has to offer! However, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group).
All guests must have their reservations made and paid in full by June 1, 2024. We receive a general notification with guest names every time a reservation is submitted through this site, so we are counting your reservation as your RSVP. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.
Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort. Airfare is the responsibility of each guest.

Dress Code: For the wedding ceremony and reception, we kindly ask that all guest dress in an elegant beach attire (semi-formal) and to stay away from white and black to ensure there are no clashes in photos.
Suggest Tips for Women's Attire on Wedding Day: Mid-Length or Long gown dress with lightweight fabrics. There may be a strong breeze later at night, if you are cold-natured you may want to carry a shawl or light scarf with you.
Suggested Tips for Men's Attire on Wedding Day: Trousers and button-down shirts with light fabrics may be a good choice. Blazers are optional if desired. Because of the heat, lightweight fabrics such as linen are a perfect fit for the occasion.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

Airport - You will fly into Cancun International Airport. The airport code is CUN.

Transportation - Roundtrip transportation service between the airport and resort is offered by our travel agent and is highly recommended.

Attire - Long pants and/or collared shirts, as well as closed toe shoes, may be required at certain restaurants for men. Elegant resort attire may be required in certain restaurants for women, too.
- Tipping - Although your stay is all-inclusive, tips are greatly appreciated in any service industry. I suggest visiting a bank before your departure and asking for a number of singles to bring along with you for tips for various people at the resort, drivers, etc. If you are in a bind and don't have any singles, always ask a bellman as they usually have plenty. If not, the front desk can give you change. Feel free to bring and use American dollars – there is no need to exchange them.
- Wi-fi - Most resorts offer free wi-fi service to their guests as well. Although most services are a bit slower than what we may be used to here in the States, they are generally sufficient enough to check email and/or social media regularly.

Water - We do not advise drinking tap water anywhere in the Caribbean. The porous land in the islands makes the tap water suitable for bathing, but not drinkable. All resorts supply bottled water in all rooms and refill daily. Additionally, the water used to wash vegetables, in ice, and served in restaurants is filtered water safe to drink.
