Wednesday, February 14, 2024 and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding at El Dorado Seaside SuitesAll Inclusive Resort in Mexico!
Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience where all your meals, and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Be All Inclusive. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.
In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guest must have their reservations for the hotel made and paid in full by October 15, 2023.
We are currently holding rooms from February 11-18, 2024; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Our group rate will be available at two resorts - El Dorado Seaside Suites and El Dorado Seaside Palms. The resorts are located within walking distance of each other (five minute walk or less with a golf cart ride). Here are a few things we want to highlight about each resort:
El Dorado Seaside Suites By Karisma is surrounded by crystal blue water with a taste of luxury modern styling, romantic settings, and full relaxation in paradise, perfect for an intimate escape.
- Reserved room options: Oceanfront Swim Up Suite, Honeymoon Suite.
- Bride and Groom will be staying on this side in an Oceanfront Swim Up Suite
- Newly built hotel, with every room facing the ocean and having a swim out infinity pool. This side has more of a party vibe
- Starbucks located in Lobby
- There is a beach with bali beds and chairs, but no swimming allowed due to waves
- Limited restaurant options for breakfast, lunch, dinner
El Dorado Seaside Palms is a romantic world surrounded by crystal blue waters, walkways, winds their way through lush gardens; hammocks are tucked away amid coconut palms. On the beach, you will find king-sized four- poster Bali beds, a signature Beachfront Sky Massages with a taste of colonial style, beautiful settings, and full relaxation in paradise, perfect for a romantic celebration. And where all our guests will savor the Gourmet Inclusive® experience.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

Oceanfront Swim Up Suite (Seaside Suites)
Modern interiors create an intimate space full of comfort and style, offering a master bedroom, a round sofa for two that swivels 360 degrees to enjoy the wonderful views. It features sumptuous décor opening to a furnished balcony, private balcony with direct access to the infinity river. Located from second to the fifth floor with either one king-size bed or two double beds (subject to availability).

Oceanfront Honeymoon Suite (Seaside Suites)

- Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
