Booking Process Step: Reserve & Courtesy Hold

Reserve Email client secured reservation form link from VCRM. i.e. www.agencyname.com/reservation. Client completes link which safely submits their information to agent’s email, & automatically stored in VCRM. It is highly recommended to only use this process, otherwise there is no documented official/legal consent to agency terms.
Step: Courtesy Hold
Put the reservation on a courtesy hold (no credit card required) by entering required information into the preferred tour operator’s online booking engine (make a note of the booking number) OR by calling in the reservation if it’s an extensive itinerary in which you’re unable to reserve online. Copy & Paste names to avoid misspellings. Be mindful of auto complete, so it doesn't fill in the wrong name.
